01. The Brief
The XVI Portfolio presents an excellent opportunity to acquire a significant, fully stabilised and income producing multi-family portfolio. The investment offers considerable scale and diversity across 16 high quality schemes in Dublin and Cork.
Given our impressive track record in producing the highest quality marketing literature, joint agents Savills Ireland and Eastdil Secured appointed Creativeworld to design and develop the marketing brochure for this 16-scheme portfolio.
02. The Solution
Our talented in-house design team created an oversized A4 76-page, case bound brochure. To complement to this, the brochure was wrapped in GF Smith twist paper to give it a high-quality feel and as an elegant finishing touch it featured a metallic satin warm gold foiling to the front and back cover and in contrast to this a black UV varnish to make the name of the scheme immediately identifiable.
To gain anticipation and excitement of the prestigious portfolio, the Creativeworld team created a teaser brochure for the agents to take to MIPPIM, the annual premier real estate event in Cannes.
