01. The Brief

Team Creativeworld partnered with Lancashire and South Cumbria to develop a comprehensive campaign focused on birth choices and ensuring women and their families had access to clear, accessible information about their options when pregnant.

03. The Results

By rolling this initiative out across the entire region, we helped empower women and their families with the knowledge they needed to make informed decisions about where and how to give birth. The campaign not only supported better conversations between healthcare professionals and expectant parents but also played a key role in improving maternity experiences across Lancashire and South Cumbria.

The success of this initiative was evident in the positive feedback from both staff and service users, who valued the clarity, accessibility, and effectiveness of the materials in guiding informed decision-making.

02. The Solution

This project involved the creation of a range of promotional materials and resources designed to be used by maternity service workers during their interaction with expert parents. This included engaging videos that outlined the key birth options, so all women are kept fully informed on their birth choices, printed leaflets, and posters to provide essential information in an accessible format, banner stands and collateral in order to reinforce messaging in clinical and community settings and branded promotional items to keep birth choice information in mind for women.
